No. You do not need a referral to access Occupational Therapy services. We accept referrals from individuals, families, support coordinators, plan managers, GPs, schools and other healthcare professionals.
Yes. We provide Occupational Therapy services for NDIS participants throughout Wagga Wagga and the Riverina. We work with self-managed & plan-managed.

Yes. We can provide therapy in your home, school, workplace, supported accommodation or community setting, depending on your needs and goals.
A Functional Capacity Assessment is a detailed assessment completed by an Occupational Therapist to identify a person's strengths, challenges, support needs and functional capacity. The assessment can help support NDIS funding applications, plan reviews and requests for additional supports.
The assessment process varies depending on the individual's needs. It typically involves interviews, observations, assessment tools, report writing and recommendations. Most Functional Capacity Assessment reports are completed within several weeks of the assessment process being finalised.
